Bios Microscale cell culture genomic DNA extraction Kit are designed specific to purify of total DNA from low cell density (from 103 to105) using a safe protocol that eliminates the use of organic solvents such as phenol and chloroform .By using a lysis buffer to effectively lyses the cells and denature the protein. The DNA in the chaotropic salt is high efficiency and specificity bound to beads. The contaminants are washed with a wash buffer (containing Ethanol) and the purified DNA is eluted by a low salt based elution buffer or water. The entire procedure can be completed in 30 minutes, and the eluted DNA is ready to use in restriction digestion, ligation, PCR, and sequencing reactions.
