Extracting fragment DNA from different concentration(50%, 25% and 10%) soybean oil by using Food Oil DNA Extraction Kit were analysis with qPCR method.
By adding 20%, 10% and 1% concentration of target DNA to food oil, 0.2 ml of this oil sample was proceed to extract DNA with Bios Food Oil DNA Extraction Kit and another brand’s kit. The qPCR result reveals Bios extraction kit has significantly higher efficacy than another brand’s kit, and more repeatability and stability from the CT value with twice repeats.
